I played for 9 months in Spain. I haven’t played since the end of August 🥲

I ve been playing irregularly for all my life. I m 53 yo. I am low intermediary player but need to get back in shape.

I've learnt tennis as a child and stopped it for ~20 years, trying to get back at it :)

I have played for 2-3 years, my serves are not consistent. But can do a variety of strokes with medium pace.

Beginning of last year I took 2 three months beginner tennis sessions (1 lesson a week) but stopped due to injury. I can keep the ball in play and sustain exchanges, and serves are challenging.
